Montreal, Quebec – March 3, 2015 – Applied Acoustics Systems releases the Raw sound bank for the Ultra Analog VA-2 synthesizer and AAS Player plug-ins in collaboration with artist and sound designer Andre Ettema.
From subtle warmth to screaming distortion, Raw relies on the natural overdrive of Ultra Analog VA-2's filters and its built-in effects to propose a surprisingly varied set of unpolished, gritty, and dirty sounds. Raw is Andre Ettema's fourth title in the AAS sound bank series. This collection of 100 signature presets is divided into six categories: Bass, Effect, Keys, Leads, Movers, and Pads.
"Ultra Analog can sure play the bad guy and we were very excited when Andre Ettema came up with the idea of exploiting this lesser-known side of its personality,“ says Marc-Pierre Verge, CEO of Applied Acoustics Systems, "Raw is a very original and distinctive sound bank that is great fun to play with and which showcases beautifully the great versatility of Ultra Analog VA-2."
The Raw sound bank is available now at the regular price of US$39. Until March 17, 2015, the Raw sound bank is available at the special introductory price of US$29.
The instant download delivery package includes both a Ultra Analog VA-2 bank file and the free AAS Player plug-in. The AAS Player plug-in runs on both Windows and Mac OS X and supports the VST, Audio Units, AAX Native, and RTAS plug-in formats.
